Cornell Qatar admissions?

Does anybody know what admissions are like for international students at Cornell's Qatar campus? I have a low GPA and a high MCAT (2.9 and 34), which is easily good enough to get me into reputable schools in, say, Australia... but I'd rather be in the Middle East because I have a lot of relatives there. It seems from their website that they put more emphasis on GPA than MCAT, but GPA isn't a complete non-factor like it is in Australia. Opinions?
